I ordered a wig from Ebonyline and the checkout went better than I expected. The cart updated like it was supposed to, my card went through without any random error messages, which I always appreciate because that stuff drives me crazy. Also the site didn’t freeze on me, so that was nice.
The only part that slowed me down a little was the shipping options, I had to look at them for a minute to figure out what made sense. And I kind of wish the total showed up earlier, just so I knew what I was dealing with sooner. But overall it was fine, easy, and I’d probably order from them again

"Looks legit, but double-check your order"
I was happy with this overall. The item I received looked authentic and matched the photos well, which was the main thing I was hoping for. Shipping was fine, though not exactly perfect, so I’d just suggest checking your order details carefully before and after it ships. I’m giving it 4 stars because there’s a little room for improvement, but I’d still recommend it if you’re interested.

"Return was easy"
Had to send back a wig because it just didn’t fit right. Kind of disappointing, but the return itself wasn’t a hassle. Filled out what I needed to. Sent it back. Waited a little longer than I wanted for the refund, but it did come through. Customer service got back to me too and helped with the questions I had. So yeah, not perfect, but not bad

It got here quick, faster than I was expecting. I kept thinking maybe I misread the delivery estimate or something, but nope, it showed up sooner than planned.

"Actually really nice hair"
I don’t remember every little detail from when I ordered it, but I do remember being surprised when the wig showed up because it was better than I expected. The hair feels soft, didn’t have that weird smell some wigs have, and the color looked pretty much like the pictures. I’ve worn it twice so far, and from what I can tell, it still looks good.

I ordered a wig from ebonyline.com, and the quality was decent, but the style wasn’t really what I expected from the picture. The curls looked shaped differently, and the length seemed a little off too. I was able to make it wearable after messing with it a bit, but it was still disappointing. this feels like something avoidable if the photos were more accurate

I was actually surprised Ebonyline had the wig I wanted because I had already checked a couple other sites while drinking my coffee and it was sold out everywhere. The color choices were easy to see, so I wasn’t sitting there guessing if it was really available or not. Checkout was quick too, which I appreciated because I had laundry running and didn’t want to deal with a whole complicated process. I’ll definitely check here first next time before clicking around ten different places.

I ordered a lace wig from Ebonyline i’m happy with it. The cap is made well and felt secure without squeezing my head, which is a big plus since I wear wigs for hours at a time. The lace laid down easily, and once I added a little tint, the parting looked really clean. Shipping was about what I expected, nothing super fast but no issues either. For the price, I feel like the quality is definitely worth it.

"Discount code still wouldn’t go through"
I tried using one of the promo codes again because the deal looked good, but once I got to checkout it just wouldn’t apply. I ended up feeling like I was being passed around with no clear answer on why it wasn’t working. Frustrating when the discount is advertised but doesn’t actually work at the final step.
