Ellie was incredibly unprofessional and ended my chat because she didn't want to answer my question. I've ordered here before and received great quality hair but this order was under false advertisement and that's such a shame because it's really good hair. Joyce was very helpful and fixed the issue. So customer service is hit or miss, hair is 10/10.

I made an order and didn't see a tracking number for days so I contacted them. They then proceeded to tell me one of the items I ordered was out of stock. Mind you this was days later and had I not contacted them God only knows when I would've known. I now have to wait to get my money back. Their customer service is terrible at best! And you will wait 2 weeks at a minimum to receive your order regardless of how much you pay for shipping.

This Company is Beyond Caring and Amazing, Communicative, Concise and Easy to Approach! I had an urgency with reordering one of the products in another color, that specific color was sold out, however, MAHAZ email me this dilemma, suggested some other colors that closely fit my desire and promise to let me know when that item and the color is back in stock she would let me know. Her due diligence and the company as a whole work above average standards and I was extremely pleased!

You will wait at least 2 weeks for your order regardless of whether you pay for shipping or not. They are quick to take your money but at their slow pace to send out the merchandise. Use best hair world they are awesome! The customer service at this company is terrible at best! You will sadly disappointed!

Every time I order from Ebonyline they are always out of stock AFTER I buy the item. The last item that I bought was purchased on Thursday. I didn't hear from them at all so on Monday I had to check on the status. That's when I was told that one of my purchases was not in stock so if I were to wait for the item to be in stock that will delay the delivery by up to 7 days UNLESS I choose a different color from what I had originally ordered.

I choose priority shipping, which was a lot more than standard shipping so the fact that I paid the extra money only for me to not only have a delay but to also not be able to get my full order is aggravating.

In conclusion, there are plenty of other sites that keep up with and let you know up front what they have in stock. Skip the hassle and avoid shopping here!

Beware customers!!
Ebonyline did not guarantee my order to be delivery within 3 days, even though I paid extra for that service. And,they did not credited me back for it. Also, the items on online were out of stock. I was not told until later. I was told I had to wait until 2- 8 days for the items to be backed in stock. Does that make any sense to you??
They made me feel like it was my fault!!

I purchased this for myself as a Christmas gift & received it early January from the company's website. I'm about to order another one. One of my colleagues love this week so much & plans to order as well. I'm ordering another one as backup because I like to have one straight & I'd like to have one curly. Little to no shedding, extremely soft virgin hair!!! That was no smell. And it looks exactly like my natural hair when I get my blowouts. 😍 Luv it!! A colleague also plans to purchase as well. This wig is fantastic quality & very soft hair.
